How is pricing determined?


The price is primarely determined by four elements:

  • the garments you choose
  • the color of the garments
  • the design you want to print
  • the number of ink colors and print locations
FREE in every order are:
  • Creation of one color design
  • Artwork review by an artist
  • Shipping and handling in larger orders
  • Set up
  • Expert consultation




Do you have a price list?


Yes. You can see our prices here. These prices are based on the basic T-shirt we use (Gildan Heavy Cotton) with one color printed side. If you choose another garment, more than one color design and/or more printed locations, the price will change.

Do you have a minimum order?


The minimum for screen printing orders is 24 garments per design.




What is your turnaround time?


Our standard turnaround time is 7 business days after the artwork has been approved and we have all the information to complete the job. We do have the Rush Option available for less than 7 business days, with an extra fee of 25% of the cost of your order and the Super Rush Option for less than 3 business days. The extra fee in this case is 100% of the cost of your order. All orders/approvals received after 1:00 p.m. enter schedule on next business day.




What happens after I place my order?


Immediately after you place your order, our team starts working on it. If you need a design from us, our artists will make it. When the artwork is finished, you will get a picture proof of it and once you approve it, we will start the printing process. We will not print a single piece of your order until you tell us you are satisfied with what we are doing. After your T-shirts are decorated, they will be shipped and delivered to you. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY EMAIL. ALL APPROVALS MUST BE BY EMAIL. We reserve the right to refuse any order if we consider it necessary.




When do you start working on my design?


Once you place your order, our designers will start working on your artwork.




Could you create a design for me?


Sure. We have the special of FREE ONE COLOR DESIGN, so, if you choose this option, you will not pay for the artwork.




If I provide the artwork, what kind of artwork should I send you?


In most cases, vector art is the best to send us. File extensions that support vector art include: .ai, .pdf. We are able to work with almost anything, but there may be art fees associated with converting it into usable files.




Can I get the same design printed on different color garments?


Yes. As long as your design stays the same color, size and location, there is no additional fee to change the color of your garments.




Can you make the same design in different ink colors on my garments?


Yes. We can do that, but keep in mind, there will be an additional $10.00 fee per screen each time we change the color.




Can you match your ink to the color that I want?


We have several ink colors. In most cases, you will find the color you want, but if you do not, we can do a simulation of the Pantone Matching System colors, with an additional fee of $20.00 for each color.




Can you do CMYK printing process?


Yes. We can do this extremely difficult process. Our standard price for the artwork in CMYK process is $175.00.




Can I get the same design on different sizes of garments, like toddler or youth?


Yes. As long as the set up is the same, there are no additional charges for this. If we have to print more than one size of the artwork, there is an extra set up fee of $20.00 per screen.




Do you offer a discount if I add your logo to the back of the T-shirt?


Yes. You should place an order for at least 500 T-shirts and our logo must be clearly visible. Please contact us for more information.




Can I add more garments once my order has been placed?


Yes. The sooner you contact us, the better. There is an additional fee of $35.00 and this option is not available for rush orders.




Do you print trademarked materials?


NO. We DO NOT print trademarked designs, logos, etc. Every customer is responsible for ensuring the originality of their artworks. We do not accept any liability for the printing of trademarked materials. We are more than happy to make a beautiful and special design for you. Simply call us at (786) 498 9071 or contact us here. What is your return policy?


We do not accept returns on custom orders unless there are differences between the items you received and the image we sent you as a sample and that you approved.
